Controller and contact

The controller is STUDIO 51, a French single-member limited liability company, 51 bis rue Raymond Lefebvre, 94250 Gentilly, France. To exercise your rights or ask a question, email contact@studio51.fr.

Quote requests and business relationships

Forms collect the information you provide: name, optional company, email address, optional telephone number, requested period, expected attendance, selected package, background and options, project description and useful technical information.

The information is used solely to reply, check availability, recommend a setup, prepare and follow up a quotation and, where accepted, perform the contract. Processing a request is necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request; contract administration is necessary to perform the contract; accounting and tax records are retained to meet legal obligations. A quote request never constitutes consent to direct marketing.

Required fields are necessary to process the enquiry. Other fields are optional. Requests are stored in Elementor Submissions within WordPress and emailed to STUDIO 51’s Google Workspace mailbox. Access is limited to the managing director and expressly authorised people involved in sales processing or website maintenance.

An enquiry that does not proceed is retained for no more than three years from the last contact initiated by the enquirer and is then deleted from the mailbox and WordPress during the quarterly records review. Where a contract is formed, necessary data is kept for the relationship and then archived for applicable limitation periods; invoices and accounting records are retained for ten years. An erasure request is applied to both Elementor Submissions and the mailbox except where retention is required by law or for legal claims.

Hosting, security and providers

The website and WordPress database are hosted on Gandi Simple Hosting. Gandi supplies hosting and infrastructure. Elementor Pro provides the forms and database submissions. Google Workspace receives email. Security and continuity backups may temporarily contain information present when they were created; access is restricted and copies follow the technical backup rotation.

Technical logs may process IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and security information to operate and secure the website, prevent abuse and diagnose errors. This is based on STUDIO 51’s legitimate interest in protecting the service, subject to individual rights.

Matomo

Matomo is self-hosted in STUDIO 51’s WordPress database and does not send analytics to Matomo Cloud. It may process the requested URL, referrer, technical characteristics, an anonymised IP address, navigation events and, for quote requests, only language, page type, selected offer and form version. Personal form values are never included in these events.

Matomo operates when pages are viewed, without a prior consent window. STUDIO 51 has chosen to maintain this audience measurement with the configured anonymisation and without expanding the data collected. This configuration is not described as legally validated or as automatically qualifying for a consent exemption. Audience-measurement information is retained for no more than twenty-five months. Administrative tests are excluded from commercial reports. Questions or objections may be sent to contact@studio51.fr.

YouTube videos

The home pages display YouTube video thumbnails. The embedded player is created when you click a thumbnail, without a separate permission window; no video starts before that interaction. When the player is created and used, Google/YouTube may receive your IP address, technical information and the page viewed, and may read or place trackers depending on your account and its policies. This integration without a separate consent request reflects STUDIO 51’s choice and is not described as legally validated.

Transfers outside the EEA

WordPress and Matomo use the Gandi infrastructure selected by STUDIO 51. Google Workspace and YouTube are Google services and may involve processing or access from outside the European Economic Area. Google states that it uses recognised safeguards, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable and standard contractual clauses. Current details are available in Google’s privacy documentation.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn for the future at any time. Contact contact@studio51.fr; STUDIO 51 responds within the statutory period, normally one month. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at www.cnil.fr.
